Yes. EVA Air's own website takes cards and wallets but no payment plans, so book EVA Air on Laters.com and pay later in installments at checkout, with the e-ticket issued straight away. This applies on every route EVA Air flies and across every fare class, so there is no route or cabin to check against a list before you search.
Paying later is a payment method at the Laters.com checkout, not something EVA Air has to switch on, which is why it works on every route we ticket.
