Standard Seat is the default: 28 inches of pitch on the A320 family, rising to 30 on the A330, with a width of 16 to 17 inches. Hot Seat adds a little extra, up to 29 inches, in the front and exit rows, with priority boarding thrown in. The exception sits on the A330 only: Premium Flatbed runs 59 inches of pitch and 19 inches wide, converting to a full flatbed. Check which aircraft operates your route before assuming a flatbed is on offer.

Wifi, entertainment and charging onboard
AirAsia's inflight entertainment is bring-your-own-device: free video, travel guides and magazines stream through the airasia wifi app on equipped aircraft, with no seatback screens. WiFi itself is available on some aircraft (the faster WiFi+ Ka-band tier too), from RM48 for unlimited access, though coverage is inconsistent across the fleet.
