Refund handling depends on the airline's fare rules and how the refund is processed back through ShopeePayLater once the cancellation is confirmed. Outstanding instalments generally continue to be due on schedule until any refund is applied against your balance, so a cancelled trip doesn't automatically pause your payment plan. Yes. ShopeePayLater applies to the fare total rather than to the route, so a multi-stop or international itinerary is financed the same way as a single one-way ticket. In Singapore it follows the Singapore FinTech Association's BNPL Code of Conduct but is not regulated by MAS, and in Malaysia BNPL is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. Common reasons are age, since applicants must be 18 or over and 18 to 65 in the Philippines, a missing valid government ID, which the Philippines asks for, or a repayment history that lowers your spending limit.
