Yes. You can book Firefly flights on Laters.com and split the fare with an Atome or Grab pay-later plan where you are eligible in Malaysia. The ticket is a normal Firefly ticket under Firefly's own conditions, and your e-ticket arrives once the booking is ticketed.
Paying later is a payment method at the Laters.com checkout, not something Firefly has to switch on, which is why it works on any Firefly flight we can ticket. Search the route, choose a provider on the payment screen, pick a plan, and your e-ticket lands as soon as payment is approved. Which plans you see is set by the country you book from, not by the airline you fly, so checkout shows only the plans your booking qualifies for.
An instalment plan leaves the fare alone, and the baggage allowance, and the seat, and what the fare class earns. You fly as Firefly's own passenger on Firefly's own fare rules, only the paying is spread.
