Yes. You can use tusd to buy plane tickets and book flights for any airline, any route and any fare class on Laters.com. The fare is paid in full at checkout in tusd, and Crypto.com Pay takes the payment. Laters.com adds no surcharge for paying this way and no hidden booking fees. Be careful before you send, because a crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent.

None of these airlines lists tusd on its own booking site. In North America, that covers American Airlines, Delta Airlines and Southwest Airlines. In Europe, easyJet and ITA. In Asia, AirAsia, Thai Airways and Philippine Airlines. Booking through Laters.com is what opens them all up. At checkout you select tusd, send the quoted amount on the network shown, and the e-ticket is issued once the payment confirms.

Crypto.com Pay handles the payment, and the coin list shown at checkout is the one that counts. TUSD appears in Crypto.com's refund list but not its published payment list, so confirm it is offered before you plan around it. On a full-service carrier, the checked bag, seat selection, meals and frequent-flyer earning are exactly as the airline sells them. On a low-cost airline, the extras are added at checkout. Either way, the whole basket is paid in one tusd payment, and once sent it cannot be reversed. Paying with tusd does not change the fare, the baggage allowance or the miles earned. Who is tusd?

TrueUSD (TUSD) is a stablecoin designed to track the US dollar 1:1. TrueCoin launched it in March 2018; Techteryx has issued it since acquiring it from TrueCoin in December 2020. TrueUSD's own transparency page says its reserves are attested daily by Moore Hong Kong.

That claim has drawn regulatory and market scrutiny: in September 2024 the US SEC settled fraud charges against TrueCoin and TrustToken over TUSD, saying that by September 2024, 99% of the reserves backing it were invested in a speculative offshore fund rather than held as represented; neither firm admitted or denied the findings. A separate 2025 dispute saw Techteryx sue reserve custodian First Digital Trust's CEO after nearly $500 million in TUSD reserves were redirected to an unauthorized Dubai entity, with TRON founder Justin Sun providing emergency funding to keep redemptions moving. Crypto.com Pay's own list of payment currencies does not name TUSD, so look for it at checkout before you plan around it.
