Fly to your island job and pay later
MyIslandJob.com has teamed up with Laters.com to help you get to your new job. MyIslandJob lists island jobs for professionals, seasonal workers and digital nomads. Laters.com books the flight: search 650+ airlines, pay a $0 booking fee, and fly now, pay later if you would rather spread the cost.
If your job is in Puerto Rico, for example, start with flights to San Juan.
Book one-way if you are moving
A job move usually means a one-way flight, because you may not know when you will fly back. When you search on Laters.com, choose one-way or return first. If a seasonal contract has a fixed end date, compare the return fare as well.
Confirm your start date and the airport nearest your workplace with your employer before you pick a date. Our guide to one-way flights has more on booking a single journey.
How to book your flight
- Find your flight: Choose one-way or return, enter your cities, dates, passengers and cabin, then search flights from 650+ airlines and compare prices.
- Enter your details: Provide accurate passenger information.
- Choose how to pay: Pick your payment method and payment terms, and enter the code MYISLANDJOB at checkout.
- Keep your confirmation email: It shows your Laters.com booking reference and the airline reference (PNR). Use the PNR on the airline's website or app.
Buy now pay later, cryptocurrencies and 100+ ways to pay
Paying later costs the same as paying now
The booking fee is $0, and there is no surcharge for paying later. Depending on the provider, you can pay in 3, pay in 4, pay in 30 days, or spread the cost monthly. Your e-ticket is issued instantly. See how payment plans work and all ways to pay.
Pay later depends on your booking currency
A pay-later option appears only when the provider supports your booking currency. If you see none, use the currency selector at the bottom of the page to switch to a currency the provider accepts.
In Singapore and Malaysia, paying with Grab Pay or PayLater by Grab earns GrabRewards points and airline miles.
Check your baggage before you pay
A move usually means more luggage than a holiday. Before you pay, check how much baggage your fare includes, because it differs by airline and fare.
See airlines with free baggage and what to pack in your cabin bag and personal item.
