9 Air sells two cabins: Economy and Premium Economy. Economy comes as three fares, No-Baggage Special, Standard Economy and Enjoy Economy. Premium Economy covers rows 1โ2 and includes 40 kg of checked baggage. Seat pitch and width are not published, so comfort cannot be compared. Travelling with a pet in the cabin means Economy only. Check the fare name on your booking before you pay.
Carry-on is one piece up to 7 kg, 40 x 30 x 20 cm on Economy fares. Free checked baggage depends on the fare, on domestic and international flights alike: none on No-Baggage Special, 10 kg Standard Economy, 20 kg Enjoy Economy, 40 kg Premium Economy. Extra kilos at the counter cost CNY 12โ18 per kg domestic, CNY 24โ35 international. Check your booking confirmation, and buy extra baggage online more than 2 hours before check-in closes.

9 Air is a Chinese low-cost carrier owned by Shanghai Juneyao (Group) and a sister company of Juneyao Air. It sells unbundled fares, so extras such as checked bags, meals and some seat choices are priced separately from the ticket. In 2019 the Guangdong Provincial Transport Association gave it the 2018 Guangdong Transport Industry Outstanding Enterprise award.
Its main base is Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), where check-in counters are now in Terminal 2. No alliance membership has been confirmed. The airline's history page mentions a frequent-flyer points programme, but its name and tiers are not confirmed, so this page does not describe them.

These are the types in service when the facts were confirmed, and deliveries and retirements change them.
