Can You Use usdp for Flights?

usdp Is Not Confirmed at the Laters.com Checkout

We cannot confirm that you can use usdp to buy plane tickets and book flights on Laters.com, and we would rather say so than guess. Checkout covers every airline, route and fare class, with no hidden booking fees. The fare is paid in full in the coin you choose. But the processor, Crypto.com Pay, does not list usdp as a payment currency in the documents we read. Pick a coin only if checkout offers it. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent.

Airlines do not list usdp at their own checkouts. That includes American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines and Southwest Airlines in North America, easyJet and ITA in Europe, and Thai Airways and Philippine Airlines in Asia. Laters.com is where you would pay them in crypto, but only with a coin checkout offers. You select a coin, send the quoted amount on the network shown, and the e-ticket is issued once the payment confirms.

No usdp entry appears in the coin list we hold for this checkout, so we name no accepted coin here. The coins and networks on offer are shown at checkout. The fare is priced in ordinary currency, and the coin amount holds only while the quote is open, so check the payment window there. Send the exact amount on the stated network. Funds sent in an unsupported coin or on an unsupported network are not refunded. Crypto.com Pay sets that out in its developer documentation.

Laters.com vs booking direct

USDP Flights: Not Accepted, Other Options Ready

Here you compare flights across every airline we sell, then choose how to pay at the Laters.com checkout. usdp itself is not accepted, but USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH are. You choose the flight before paying the full fare at that same checkout, and the e-ticket is issued once the payment confirms.

The booking is with us, which means one name to call when plans change. Laters.com is the merchant for your ticket, so we handle the booking and any change or refund, whichever airline flies you. The payment cannot be reversed once it is sent, so changes and refunds come through us, not the network.

Choose Laters if...

You want to compare every airline in one search before you choose how to pay. You would like a pay-later plan at one checkout, whichever airline you fly.

Book direct if...

You are paying in full by card and want to manage the booking with the airline yourself. You want the status bonuses that only the airline's own site gives.

Each row compares the feature in each row. The 'paying with usdp' row compares two unaccepted options: usdp itself is not accepted at this checkout or at any airline's own checkout we could confirm. Other rows compare Laters.com's broader crypto and payment-method support against direct booking. Laters.com Payment Score: usdp

What is the Laters.com Payment Score?

Our editorial rating, out of 10, for how well usdp works when you pay for a flight with it.

  1. 1Coin Choice
  2. 2Fees
  3. 3Payment Speed
  4. 4Refunds

Each of the four criteria is scored out of 10 against the published payment terms of the processor that takes crypto at our checkout, and the headline is the unweighted average of those four, rounded to one decimal. No brand pays to be rated. Last reviewed October 2026.

Laters.com is the merchant for every booking on this page: we sell the ticket and earn from the fare, which is the same whichever payment method you choose. No payment provider pays us for placement, ranking or its Payment Score, and this page contains no affiliate links.

Paying with usdp comes with a catch. Crypto.com Pay lists USDP as neither a payment nor a refund currency, so the stablecoin itself cannot be sent. USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH can. Laters.com adds no surcharge, and the processor adds no conversion fee. A payment is late after 10 minutes, or 20 for BTC, and a sent payment cannot be reversed.

What works well

  • No Laters.com surcharge and no processor conversion fee
  • USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH are on the processor's list
  • USDC is the default App refund currency outside Singapore
  • Crypto.com App and wallets like MetaMask or Ledger can pay

What to watch

  • USDP is not a supported payment or refund currency
  • Unsupported coin or network funds are not refunded
  • Payment is late after 10 minutes, 20 for BTC
  • Sent crypto cannot be reversed

Coin Choice7/10

Crypto.com Pay lists USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH, with USDC on several networks. USDP is on neither its payment list nor its refund list, so the coin this page is named for cannot be sent. That is the real caveat behind a 7, which here means adequate.

Fees8/10

Laters.com adds no surcharge, Crypto.com Pay charges merchants no transaction fee, and it adds no fee when the coin differs from the pricing currency. Wallets outside the Crypto.com App pay the network fee, and the amount is not supplied. That keeps it from a 9.

Payment Speed7/10

A payment counts as late after the session time: 20 minutes for BTC, 10 minutes for other cryptocurrencies. Ten minutes is workable but tight if you are moving funds first. No confirmation time is supplied, and late payments become unresolved, so it stays at 7.

Refunds7/10

Refunds come back in crypto, equal to the original pricing value minus network fees, at the merchant's discretion. USDP is not a refund currency, USDC is the App default outside Singapore, and no timeline is supplied. Funds go to a refund address, not the paying wallet.

The editorial take

Strongest on
Fees. Laters.com adds no surcharge, and the processor charges merchants no transaction fee or extra conversion fee, though wallets outside the Crypto.com App pay the network fee.
Held back by
Coin Choice. USDP sits on neither the payment list nor the refund list, so the stablecoin named on this page cannot be sent or refunded.
Best for
Holders of a coin the checkout lists, confirmed before booking.

What else can cost you

Laters.com surcharge
None. We add no booking fee or surcharge for paying in crypto.
Conversion
The fare is priced in ordinary currency and converted at the market rate at payment time. Crypto.com Pay charges no extra fee.
Network fee
Paid by your wallet to the network if you do not use the Crypto.com App. The amount is not supplied here.
Late or wrong payment
Underpaid, late, multiple or wrong-currency payments are unresolved. Late means after 10 minutes, or 20 for BTC. Wrong-currency refunds are not guaranteed.
Unsupported coin or network
Funds sent in a coin or on a network the processor does not support will not be refunded or rebounded. USDP is not supported.

Where usdp leads

  • No Laters.com surcharge and no processor conversion fee
  • USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH are on the processor's list
  • USDC is the default App refund currency outside Singapore
  • Crypto.com App and wallets like MetaMask or Ledger can pay

Before you apply

  1. You need a wallet that can send to an external address, such as the Crypto.com App, MetaMask, WalletConnect or Ledger.
  2. Check the coin before you pay. USDP is not on the processor's payment list, and funds sent in an unsupported coin or on an unsupported network will not be refunded.
  3. Minimum and maximum amounts and identity checks are not in the terms we hold. Read the checkout and Crypto.com Pay's own terms before booking.
  4. Availability can vary by country. The checkout shows whether crypto is offered for your booking.

USDP Is Not Accepted for Any Airline

Every airline on Laters.com is treated the same way at payment, even though almost no airline takes crypto at its own checkout. So the carrier is never what stops you paying with usdp. The processor's published coin lists do not currently name usdp, so check the coins offered before you send anything, because a sent payment cannot be reversed. This holds on any route and any fare class, from short-haul low-cost tickets to long-haul business class. On a full-service carrier, the checked bag, seat selection, meals and frequent-flyer earning are exactly as the airline sells them. On a low-cost airline, extras are added at checkout. Either way, one payment covers the basket. Paying this way does not change the fare, the baggage allowance or the miles earned. You fly as the airline's own passenger. Laters.com receives the payment and pays the airline.

FAQs: using usdp to book flights

Everything you need to know about paying for flights with usdp on Laters.com.

Can I buy plane tickets with usdp on Laters.com?

Not confirmed. Our checkout facts list no accepted coins for usdp, and the processor listed for it, Crypto.com Pay, does not show USDP on its supported payment currencies list. Look for usdp among the payment options at checkout on Laters.com before you move any funds. If it is not offered, do not send it. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent.

Which airlines accept usdp for flights?

All of them on Laters.com. Usdp is a payment method at our checkout, not something each airline switches on, so it applies to every airline, route and fare class we sell. That holds only where usdp is offered for your booking, and the supplied processor facts do not confirm that it is. Check the payment options at checkout before you plan around it. A sent crypto payment cannot be reversed.

Which coins and networks can I use to pay for flights with usdp?

None are confirmed. The accepted-coin list we hold for usdp is empty, so we name no coin or network. Crypto.com Pay's supported-currency lists do not include USDP. Paxos lists Ethereum and Solana as the networks USDP runs on, but that does not mean the checkout takes either. Use only the coin and network the checkout shows, because a payment sent on the wrong network cannot be reversed.

Does paying for plane tickets with usdp cost extra?

No. Laters.com adds no payment surcharge and no booking fee. The network fee is separate. Your wallet pays it to the network, and no fee amount is supplied for usdp, so the amount depends on your wallet and the network you use. Crypto.com Pay, the processor, charges merchants no transaction fee. Check the checkout before you send, since a sent payment cannot be reversed.

When do I get my e-ticket after paying for a flight with usdp?

Once the payment confirms. Laters.com issues the e-ticket after confirmation, not when you press send. No confirmation time is supplied for usdp, and it depends on the network, so watch the status shown at checkout. If the quote expires before you send, the payment may not count, so send within the window the checkout shows. A sent payment cannot be reversed.

What happens if my usdp quote expires before I pay for my flight?

You need a fresh quote. Laters.com prices the fare in ordinary currency and converts it into the coin for a limited window. The length of that window is not supplied for usdp, so read it at checkout. Crypto.com Pay treats a payment that arrives after its session time as late and unresolved. Do not send against an expired quote, and contact support if you already have.

What happens if I send too little or too much usdp for a flight?

Contact support before sending again. No underpayment or overpayment terms are supplied for usdp, so we state no outcome. Crypto.com Pay, the processor, classes underpaid and multiple payments as unresolved, which is a reason not to top up on your own. Send the exact amount and network the checkout shows. A sent payment cannot be recalled, so a message to Laters.com support comes first.

Can the price of my flight change while I pay with usdp?

Not while the quote is open. Laters.com prices the fare in ordinary currency, and the coin amount holds only for the quote window. When the window closes you need a new quote with a new coin amount. The window length is not supplied for usdp, so the checkout shows it. Pay before it closes, because a sent payment cannot be reversed.

How do refunds work if I paid for a canceled flight with usdp?

Not in usdp. The processor terms we hold say USDP is not a supported Crypto.com Pay payment or refund currency. Refunds on Laters.com follow the fare rules, and no refund method is supplied for usdp. Crypto.com Pay lists CRO, BTC, ETH, USDC and TUSD as its refund currencies, so confirm what applies in the checkout terms before you pay. Refunds are not sent back as usdp.

What happens if I send usdp to the wrong network or address for a flight?

It may be lost. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent, and no recovery terms are supplied for usdp. Crypto.com Pay's developer documentation says funds sent in a cryptocurrency or on a network it does not support are not refunded or rebounded. Copy the address and network exactly as the Laters.com checkout shows them, and send nothing if your network does not match.

Do I need to verify my identity to pay for flights with usdp?

Not confirmed. No identity-check terms are supplied for usdp, so we state none. Whether Laters.com or Crypto.com Pay, the processor, asks for any account or ID check shows at checkout and in the processor's terms. Checks can vary by country and by wallet. Read them before you send, because the payment cannot be reversed. If the checkout names no requirement, the processor's own terms are the next place to look.

Can I use usdp for international or multi-stop flights?

Yes, where it is offered. Laters.com takes the method on every airline, route and fare class, so a multi-stop trip is paid for the same way as a return fare. Availability varies by country, and we have no confirmed detail on it, so confirm at checkout. The fare is priced in ordinary currency and the coin amount holds only while the quote is open.

Can I pay for business class flights with usdp?

Yes, where it is offered. Laters.com works on every fare class at checkout, so a business fare is paid for the same way as an economy one. No minimum or maximum amount is supplied for usdp, so check the checkout for limits on a larger fare. Send before the quote closes, because a sent payment cannot be reversed. The coin amount is set from the fare in ordinary currency for a limited window only.

Can I change my flight after booking it with usdp?

Only if the fare allows. A booking made on Laters.com follows the fare rules for changes and refunds. The processor terms we hold say USDP is not a supported Crypto.com Pay payment or refund currency, so any money returned would not come back in usdp. Read the fare conditions and the checkout terms before you book. The airline's own change rules still apply to the ticket you buy.

Which wallets can I use to pay for flights with usdp?

The checkout decides. No wallet terms are supplied for usdp. Crypto.com Pay is the processor, and your wallet has to hold the coin and send it on the network the Laters.com checkout shows. The network fee is paid from that wallet. Confirm the wallet before you send, since a sent payment cannot be reversed. Wallet requirements, if any, are shown at checkout or in the processor's terms.

About usdp and Laters.com

About usdp Flights

Who is usdp?

USDP, also called Pax Dollar, is a dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Paxos Trust Company and regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services. It runs on the Ethereum and Solana blockchains, with Solana added on 17 January 2024.

People use stablecoins to hold and send dollar value on a blockchain. Paying for travel is one use among several, and it is the one this page cares about.

At our checkout, crypto payments are taken by Crypto.com Pay. The fare is priced in ordinary currency, then converted into the coin for a limited window. You send it from your own wallet on the network shown, and the network confirms it.

One caution before you plan around usdp: Crypto.com Pay's published payment-currency lists do not include USDP, so the checkout decides which coins and networks you can actually use. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent, so check the amount, the network and the address before you send.

Booking with usdp on Laters.com

Search your route on Laters.com and compare fares from several providers in one list. At checkout, choose usdp if it is offered for your booking. The checkout shows the coins and networks it accepts and how long the quote stays open, and we state neither here because they depend on the processor.

Send the quoted amount on the network shown before the quote expires. Your e-ticket is issued once the payment confirms on the network. Keep your wallet details to hand until that confirmation arrives.

Laters.com is the merchant for your booking and issues the ticket. The coin is only how the fare is paid, not who sells the ticket. Paying this way adds no payment surcharge and no booking fee, so the fare matches what you would pay by card.

Any network fee is paid from your wallet to the network, and its amount is not set by us. Refunds follow the fare rules of the ticket.

Crypto.com Pay does not list USDP as a refund currency, so a refund would not come back as usdp. The checkout terms and the processor's own terms spell out how a refund reaches you.

Laters.com earns from the fare as the merchant, the same whichever payment method you choose; no payment provider pays for placement on this page.

Not currently accepted

USDP (Pax Dollar) is not on the supported payment or refund currency list for Crypto.com Pay, the crypto processor behind Laters' other crypto payment pages. We could not confirm, from Crypto.com Pay's own documentation, that USDP can actually be used to pay for a flight booking. Laters.com is the new name for Fly Fairly; nothing about your booking or support changes. Last reviewed by the Laters.com editorial team in October 2026.
