Royal Jordanian sells two cabins, Crown Class (business) and Economy. On the Boeing 787-8, Crown has 60 in of pitch and Economy 31–32 in, a standard Economy figure. Pitch varies by aircraft: Crown runs from 42 to 63 in, and the A320neo is listed with Economy only. Check the aircraft type on your booking before you pick a flight.
Checked bags are counted by piece on every route. On North America flights Crown gets 2 x 32 kg, Economy Value and Flex 2 x 23 kg, but Super Saver and Save only 1 x 23 kg. Economy carry-on is one 7 kg piece. A heavy bag of 23–32 kg to the USA or Canada costs $80 online, $110 at the airport. Online and app check-in open 24 hours before departure and close 4 hours before. Airport counters close 45 minutes before departure from Amman, but 30 minutes to Aqaba and 60 minutes on codeshare flights. Online check-in is not offered on Amman routes to London, Manchester, New York, Chicago, Toronto and several others, so use the counter there. Follow the times on your boarding pass.

Seat-back entertainment screens for every passenger are confirmed on the Airbus A320neo. The Boeing 787 has larger dimmable windows and a 6,000 ft cabin altitude. Wi-Fi, meal service and power ports are not confirmed, so do not assume them. If you depend on charging or a connection, check the aircraft type and ask Royal Jordanian before you fly.
Royal Jordanian is based at Queen Alia International Airport, Amman (AMM). Check-in is in the Departures Terminal, Section A. Bag drop for passengers already checked in online is at counters A1 to A3. Everyone else uses A16 to A32, and US and Canada flights use A26 to A32. No minimum connection time is confirmed here, so leave generous time between flights on separate tickets.
Cats and dogs can travel in the Economy cabin only, up to 7 kg including the crate, on flights of up to 5 hours.
